myskin.care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. In the event of a missing package showing as delivered, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

myskin.care is not responsible for resending orders due to incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

myskin.care is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost or unsuccessful deliveries.
